The staff at the BPN administrative office is committed to supporting our physician members and their staff in providing health care service to the residents of Brevard County, Florida. Working within each health plan guideline, the BPN staff works to lessen some of the difficulties encountered by physicians and their staff when dealing directly with health plans representatives.

Claims Department The BPN utilizes the MDS system as our claims payment system. The Claims Department is currently staffed by Kerry Treshock and Dara Janoski. Kerry and Dara have been with the BPN since early 1999. Both Kerry and Dara have a combined 15 years experience in claims payment and physician billing.
	Utilization Management Department The UM Department is headed by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Harvey Shub. We currently have three full time staff, supervised by Meg Nickerson, RN. Nurse case managers: Meg Nickerson, RN and Rosemary Lemire, LPN together bring over 10 years health plan UM experience to the BPN. Kristy Bosworth, referral coordinator, support Meg and Rosemary. BPN holds a State of Florida Private Review license for Utilization Management and utilizes national standards like Interqual and Milliman & Robertson.
Credentialing/Provider Relations Supervisor Trish Beaulieu has been with the BPN since 1998 and is responsible for developing BPN’s credentialing program to NCQA many demanding standards. Due to Trish’s diligence the BPN is now delegated credentialing by all health plans which BPN is contracted. This means that our physician members need to fill out credentialing information only once for all the BPN contracted health plans. April Peterson joined the BPN as our provider relations representative late last year from HealthEase Health Plans. April is responsible for orientations, provider education, and helping to solve provider problems.
	Administrative Support Staff Dot Barton and Renee Kosut provide support for Larry, Pat, and the entire BPN office. Dot has been with the BPN since 1996 and has over 30 years experience as a supervisor with Social Security. Jane joined our team late in 2000 and brings extensive computer office applications knowledge to the BPN.
